You should print a copy of these terms and save them to your computer. These terms get updated from time to time and therefore you should refer to these T&C before placing an order via the website.
We reserve the right to amend these terms.
We hope you are always happy with your delivery, however if there is something that is not to your expectation please feel free to fill out a returns form which will be included in your order and send it back to our Head Office with the item(s) and all labels attached correctly. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED VIA THE WEBSITE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Returns within the UK can be sent back to us up to 14 days after date of signed delivery. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK DUE TO UK custom charges. If any item(s) is sent back after this period of time a refund will not be given unless otherwise stated by a Fuschia White Representative and a store credit will be issued to use online for that given amount. RETURN CHARGES will not be refunded with your refund.
All customers will need to pay for all returns at the Post Office and we always advise for you to send each return parcel via recorded delivery so that you are able to track your item to save any further delays.

Contract of Sale
After placing an order you will be sent an email saying the order has been received. Once the order has been personally packed up and shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. We have the right to refuse an order if the item is no longer in stock, which you will be notified about and money will be refunded.
We have done our best with portraying the most accurate depiction of each item, however they are for illustrative purposes. We can not guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images.
The price of the item does not include delivery or returns charges.
Please note that we take care in ensuring the content on our site is correct and accurate but errors and inaccuracies may occur. For that reason we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update any information at any time without prior notice.
If any inaccuracies affect your order you will be notified right away. Based on that, we reserve the right to not fulfil your order based on errors on the site.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We can also accept payments securely through PayPal checkout.
In the event that you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours please email at email@example.com. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is not applicable. You must send the item back and your sale will be refunded.
UK STANDARD ROYAL MAIL TRACKED AND SIGNED SECOND CLASS - on all orders
3-5 delivery working days
If the customer is not present to sign their parcel a Royal Mail collection card will be posted to indicate the nearest depot where your item can be collected from.
All International Postage fees are £6.99 which will not contain a tracking code when the order is sent out to you.
All International orders will be sent out via Royal Mail.
International Orders will not be eligible for a return or refund.
